Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Coin88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://coin88.cam ("the Platform"). Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Coin88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Coin88 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old. Underage gambling is illegal and any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.

• You are acting in good faith and not for any fraudulent, money-laundering, or other unlawful purpose.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Account Registration

Each eligible User is permitted to hold one Account only on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts (whether under the same identity, email address, device, IP address, or payment method) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are required to notify Coin88 promptly of any changes to your registered details by contacting our support team. Coin88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify Coin88 immediately.

Deposits & Payments

Coin88 accepts deposits denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally supported payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, and USDT TRC20. Accepted payment methods are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Coin88 does not accept deposits made using payment instruments belonging to third parties. Where a mismatch between account holder identity and payment method is detected, the deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 for most e-wallet methods; MYR 50 for bank transfer methods. Specific minimums are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Processing times: E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are credited instantly. Bank transfers via DuitNow or FPX are typically credited within 5–15 minutes. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited within 15–30 minutes following blockchain confirmation.
• Fees: Coin88 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party transaction fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Currency: All accounts are maintained in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

Coin88 reserves the right to conduct anti-money laundering checks on any deposit and to return funds to the source payment method where required by applicable regulations. Deposits made to the Platform are for gaming purposes only and are not considered financial investments.

Withdrawals

Subject to the conditions set out in this Section, you may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time through the Platform's withdrawal section. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where operationally practicable.

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 for all supported methods.
• Processing times: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are processed within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take 15–60 minutes. Timings stated are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Daily withdrawal limits: Standard accounts have a default daily withdrawal limit. Enhanced limits may be available for verified VIP tier players. Current limits are displayed in your account dashboard.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawal requests require a fully verified (KYC-approved) account. First-time withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending completion of verification.

Coin88 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing for up to 72 hours where enhanced due diligence or fraud checks are required. The following general bonus terms apply to all Coin88 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) is stated on the specific promotion page. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount credited, not on deposits.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a bonus is active on your account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is MYR 250, unless a lower cap is stated in the promotion's specific terms. Placing bets above this threshold while bonus funds are active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live dealer and table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) commonly contribute 10–20%. Sports betting contributions vary by market. Specific contribution rates are published on the Platform.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Unexpired bonus balances that remain subject to an incomplete wagering requirement will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus Per Account: Only one bonus may be claimed per registered account, household, IP address, or device unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through separate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in account closure.

Betting Rules

• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are certified by independent third-party auditors. Outcomes are generated by certified random algorithms and are not subject to manipulation by the Platform or any player.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Coin88 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.

• Opening multiple accounts (duplicate accounts) or allowing another person to use your Account credentials.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute a deposit transaction with your bank or payment provider after it has been used for wagering.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is prohibited by local law.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the Coin88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, trademarks, and audiovisual content — is the intellectual property of Coin88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Coin88.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coin88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Coin88 does not warrant that the Platform will operate error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted, Coin88's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Responsible Gambling

Account Suspension & Termination

Coin88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a bank or payment provider.
• Discovery that the Account holder is a Prohibited Person as defined in Section 2.
• Prolonged account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive calendar months.

Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds and winnings subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the registered payment method after completion of any outstanding verification or investigation process. You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting Coin88 support.

Amendments to These Terms

Coin88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Coin88 holds its operating licence.
